b) yurch's original microbulk has no effect

i was trying to take a look at some maps to suggest for online play, but - well let me put it blutnly

i am to dumb to get the basics of coop mode set up (no bots, monsters spawning)

The general approach to fixing the coop lag everyone is getting
is to massively increase your netspeed,
since all the monsters and items generate a lot more packets than normal TDM.
