It does matter if people base decisions - which might affect other people - on their beliefs.
And there is a nasty kind of believers who likes to 'help' other people with their beliefs.
Those who believe don't try to understand. And that's the main source of hate in this world.

I think you got me wrong. I agree with you but that's for me no dissaccord to what I posted.
The statement I posted, was based on the fact that you should take your own belief (whatever that might be) just for yourself. In this case it shouldn't cause any problems. (If it is a common belief, it includes no mission or something like that.)
The main part is, that you don't claim your belief is right or so much the worse that it should be the only one! That means: Get happy on your own way and let other people do the same.
